Dhruv Rathee to Join Bengaluru Protest on October 8

YouTuber Dhruv Rathee is expected to participate in a protest in Bengaluru on October 8 over concerns surrounding the Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls.
The protest is scheduled to take place at Freedom Park, where organisers are raising issues related to voting rights and alleged deletions from electoral rolls. Actor-activist Prakash Raj is also expected to participate.
The mobilisation has been announced by Abhijeet Dipke, founder of the Cockroach Janta Party. Organisers have called for public participation under the slogan “Save Our Votes, Save Democracy.”
Rathee and Prakash Raj are also reportedly expected to join a larger mobilisation planned at Delhi’s Jantar Mantar on October 10. The proposed demonstrations come amid an ongoing political debate over electoral-roll revisions and voting rights.
